Today was day 1 of streaming every day until I've built and marketed enough apps to reach $1m/yr

Posting daily again starting today.

I've forgot how useful daily posting is.

There is nothing that beats having a post to reflect and document my progress.

I've been pretty locked in recently, so now is more important than ever to start logging my progress again

Misconceptions:

The challenge is that it's easy to lose touch when throwing out technical terms.

Advertisements are written in a 3rd grade reading level for a reason. So apply the same strategy to communcation.

Start simple, build a high level overview, and let them go deeper

Today, I realized I really suck at talking technically and explaining my project ideas.

After reflecting on my conversation, I drafted a simple 3 step framework to solve my problem.

The goal:
Share ideas in a digestible way
Improve nonverbal communication

3. The Dig

Stop adding.
Give them room to ask questions and "dig" at your overview.

They can control how deep they want to go. You don't have to worry about alienating them because they are asking questions based on their level of understanding.

I came to a conclusion that my method of developing is flawed. I have been very fixated on polish and feature creation. Earlier this year, I said I would create 12 products, I'm dedicated to doing that

Remember, AI is a tool, not a replacement, especially in complex projects

My plan for 2026 is to build out 12 apps. I'm going to try and achieve that over the next 12 weeks.

They are all of a similar structure and focus, so they will be easy to produce. I found it's a fairly successful formula, so it should get me to my $10k/mo goal.

All I have to do is execute on this and let AI 10x my development.
