@Bitj84 LOL. For absolute newbies, I suggest getting a cheap gamer PC with a GTX 1070 card (eg https://t.co/TqrXT9sVRy), pop on any linux version (centos, ubuntu), download lukminer, create a pool account (eg nicehash), and run it ;-)

@considerahead Hey - for the x200s over x100s it's mostly the high-bandwidth memory that makes the difference, and the instruction set (avx512) is also better than that of the x100s. Within each family (x100 vs x200) it's then mostly core count and clock.

Finally - #lukMiner now has a working back-end for Xeon Phi x100 via MPSS offload (no more ssh and port-forwarding!). Will be added to next release (need some more testing); beta testers welcome ...
