Saw someone post that if you just post 'arrest Netanyahu' you'll get a 1000 likes.
Since this is my first ever tweet, i'm like let me try this out haha
@BossLadyNikkiG@iluminatibot The second screenshot is a formula for ingrediënts to put in a bath, sit in it for 20 min and scrub your skin with the mixed water
Biggest lessons from my 20s:
1. everything popular is wrong. you need to be comfortable looking weird and swimming against the tide if you want to be happy and healthy today
2. stop trying to be the best. be the only. go all in on what makes you weird and unique
3. use your free time to build the life you want, not escape the life you have. i was working a job i despised, but instead of drinking every night, i'd come home and read books, teach myself to code, learn to market, apply for new jobs.
4. energy is everything. you cannot make creative, life changing decisions if you're sick. improve your health and everything else will start to fall into place
5. most of your "friends" aren't really friends. they're drinking buddies and groups you fell into out of convenience. they don't want you to be your best, they want you to be like them. you need to stop listening to these people if you want to break free and find people you're truly aligned with instead.
6. get a mentor, a therapist, or a close confidant who truly wants what is best for you and you can bounce all your ideas off of. nothing will change your life more than this loving guidance
7. no woman, no job, no location, no amount of money will save you. true fulfillment is 100% internal. rather than trying to change every little thing around you, change your inner world and the outer world will follow
8. learn to cook. it's easier, cheaper, tastier and healthier than eating out.
9. don't chase relationships, chase purpose, raise your T and relationships will start to chase you
10. attention is everything, don't squander it on useless apps and scrolling
11. you're not going to find your soulmate blacked out at 2am at a bar
12. God is not optional. Without a higher purpose in life you will worship a false idol that will ultimately sabotage your health and happiness. Explore widely, read the sacred texts, find a religion that works for you
13. get a hobby that isn't related to work or partying
14. caring too much about health is sickness
15. get a job that allows you to make money from anywhere.
16. it's better to be in the arena getting critiqued than watching on the sidelines. when you put yourself out there you will fail, you will get rejected and condemned. but it's way better than never trying. every critique of you is a cry for help
17. nasal breathe. take off your foot prisons. stop eating seed oils. filter your water. eat meat, fruit and organs. get sunlight. swim in the ocean. sleep deeply
18. say f**k it more. if the only reason not to do something is that you're afraid, do it.
19. spend lots of time in silence. it allows all your sh*t to come to the surface to be released
20. casual sex is a massive waste of time and energy, hurts yourself and other people. you really want love, not fleeting moments of pleasure.
21. everything is working out always...especially the thins that seem like they're not. in hindsight it will all make sense. especially the challenges, failures and pain.
22. orient your life towards becoming your highest, most loving, courageous, freest self instead of trying to find the most comfort and pleasure and then EVERYTHING is a gift, especially the bad sh*t. convince yourself that everything in front of you is a divine gift
23. act as if everything is abundant, coming to you when the time is right. there's no "one person", "one job", "one deal", "one vacation", "one party" you need
24. as cheesy as it is, learn to trust your heart & intuition...if someone or something feels off, it usually is. and if you don't listen, you will be forced to painfully.
25. the greatest skill is learning to learn. find books that interest you, go down weird rabbit holes, learn everything about a subject and share it online.
26. get out of the relationship, leave the city, quit the job if it doesnt feel right...it will be the greatest decision you've ever made, despite how it can feel like being ripped apart at the time
27. stop being so tight assed. have a silly goose time. love deeply. you will die one day, don't worry all your time away.
28. stop trying to get others to approve of you. decide if they're worthy of your approval instead
29. don't run from your emotions, or they'll inevitably come out in more challenging ways. instead, quiet your mind, sit with them, feel into your body and allow them to be there. treat all your pain like it's a younger version of yourself asking to be loved.
30. be very cautious giving your full trust to anybody...especially those that seem like they deserve it most. it's not that people are trying to f you over, but you are the only person that can fully know you...your intuition knows better than any other person.
31. you don't actually want a wife who cannot make money...you want someone who's interesting, beautiful, intelligent and actually capable of supporting herself, but may choose not to once you have kids. look for someone who has religious values (compassion, humility, truth, forgiveness), but isn't dogmatic, and is also capable of surviving in the modern world.
32. everything you fear is actually a boogeyman hiding under the bed...it's not real when you actually look at it.
33. grow out your hair
34. fomo isn't real. if you're not there, you're not meant to be there...and it's prob not worth it anyways.
35. unhappiness is just a story + resistance to the now. you don't need to do anything herculean to find peace. it's always here when you simply get beyond the thought "i don't like this situation right now".
36. sun your balls
@ReachTWR Put 20K on XRP, after it 10x i will give my family & friends a big chunk of it. Donate to a charity and stop my slave job in the matrix, so i can start learning how to be an affiliate marketeer and become financially independent!
