@FailingToComply@calico_mochi472 I tried it the last weekend and armed with M7As, it really slaps. I guess the S5 hardpoints sold me.
I'm curious what they'll ask for the new Connie, though. I fear it's gonna be around 400$
@XXIV_Concept at first I was very sceptical about the Mk5, but now that they released it allong the gold standard update to all the Mk4's plus giving everybody the opportunity to earn a rental is a really fair move by CIG. old one's are still viable and the new one packs some serious punch.
@SCORGDOTORG currently M&KB. I'm eyeballing with the VKB Gladiator & STECS.
I have several makros setup and one I don't want to miss is to toggle landing gear, VTOL and wings with one button, but for keybinds it's the one to use the tractor beam with a button
@HeyItsBWags yesterday I did my first attempt for that mission. After 5 failed attempts due to several bugs (essential NPCs not spawning, server errors that prevented mission triggers) I finally made it with the 6th attempt today. The loot room slot ate my card in the end...
@Magestone690@SpaceTomatoGG exactly: "development". The Connie ships haven't even reached gold standard, asking more money for a updated version, even though the versions that are still in development aren't finished. That's indeed brain rot on CIG's behalf
@Magestone690@SpaceTomatoGG It's shady to ask money for a ship in a game that's still in development alongside the ship itself and then abandon that ship to sell a new version, when the sales of the first ship where meant to fund the development of said ship/game.
@SpaceTomatoGG@Magestone690 I don't think you're dramatic. Given the current state if the game it's a worrying move by CIG to simply remove and abandon old ships to make way for updated version to obviously generate more revenue. Since the game is still in alpha state that's actually pretty shady.
@heimdelight I jumped into SC last month as I wanted to try something different. I mostly play hardcore oriented FPS (ArmA, EFT) and was pleasantly surprised about the FPS part of SC. Rather realistic (manage magazines) and also immersive with a headtracker.
