@gibacic For lower pressures I think there are only turbo pumps that would work, in case you are already working with rotary pumps. Or a new rotary pump which can achieve 10^-3 mbar which should be sufficient for most organic;-)
@gibacic We’re sometimes using water jet pumps for a higher pressure. Never measured if it’s the pressure you need but maybe a cheap solution to your problem. Of course if you want to spend money there are throttle valves from the pump suppliers.
