Squat University is your friend for everything pain related. Usually the answer is mobility/stability training instead of braces or pills..
@thekitze Functional fitness group training is so underrated. By far the most effective training I've ever done.
So much easier to push yourself when you're "competing" with the group. Even if it is just for fun.
@levelsio Safety arms look like a PITA to adjust.
Deadlifting is going to be annoying cause you have to get the barbell out of the cage. Unless you have a second barbell outside.
I'd opt for an open rig tbh

@serglotz@levelsio And if you want to explore the HIIT/metcon workouts it can give a very accurate prediction of the workload you can/should complete within a given time frame.
@serglotz@levelsio Yeah it works surprisingly well. It takes 2-3 workouts for it to gauge what your capabilities are. But after the initial learning phase it can give you very accurate progression numbers.

@marckohlbrugge Some clients like MS Outlook sometimes don't display buttons correctly or at all.
Had this happen at my previous company.
Best to always include a regular link tag as a backup.
@ben_makes_stuff@levelsio What helped me was to add more push press into my training.
E.g. do your overhead press sets but then throw in another 2-3 sets of push presses (at same or higher weight) (kind of as some sort of dropset).
Was stuck at 70kg but then increased OHP to 80kg in a couple of weeks.
@levelsio@shw1nm Second that! CrossFit is probably the best place to meet people. Everywhere I travel, first thing I do is visit a CrossFit gym to make new connections.
