What is going on with you guys ?

I called many times explained the situation.

Got the same answer everytime , they said milton keynes store not picking up call or not returned the item to the warehouse yet hence no refund.

Its been almost 3 months

Becareful when you send your car in for a service! I sent my Nissan leaf for a major service. Changing brake fluid is part of the job for the service. They lied, did not complete the job and charged me. Becareful! @NissanUK

My wife ordered a space theme painting for my sons room. They sent a flower theme one so obviously we want a refund or resend the correct item.

Wish didnt think its their fault as the item is "same size" although it is not what we ordered.
