@SpireitesTV Don’t know if you’re streaming is linked to the sky sports + background coverage as when the EFL theme tune played, we now can’t hear Phil and Ben talking. Think the EFL stream background noise has been playing all the time as well as could hear the replay noise after the game
🚨Breaking excl: Sam Clucas has departed Shrewsbury Town after the mutual termination of his contract. Termination agreed today and documents signed ahead of #Salop’s home clash with Barnet this afternoon. Details ⬇️ https://t.co/bUcaNcpIG1
Good game that. Missed a lot of good chances but looked good in defence again. Simpson and Hutton continue to look like great signings. The experiment with Mandeville on the bench should be over now. #Spireites
Salford aren’t as good as the money they’ve spent would indicate. We’re playing better with less possession than the two Fleetwood games. Shows we should probably take more risks and be open to losing the ball more when playing tactics like Fleetwood’s. #Spireites
The world does not need an artificial intelligence that diminishes humanity; rather, it needs human intelligence enlightened by wisdom, political authority guided by conscience and technological innovation directed by charity. Only then will artificial intelligence become not a rival to humanity but a servant of the common good.
@dazspire Would be good but I doubt they’ll ever get rid of VAR now. Gives the referees more games to ref and refs have the backstop to use if they do make a bad decision, which in the age of social media is good for them given the controversy that can result from a bad decision.
Well let the captain have three challenges per match then and let them decide when they feel the wrong decision has been made. VAR is constantly looking for wrong decisions which creates indecisiveness. If the players feel aggrieved by a decision, then act. #PremierLeague
Howard Webb says that VAR should only interfere the season when there is a 'clearly wrong situation' and leave the subjective decisions to the on field referee.
@no1lino@BBCMOTD I don’t get why they don’t simply trial letting captains or managers have challenges so VAR is only used when the players really question a decision. They won’t ever get rid of VAR now, so they should try to get rid of the constant searching for wrong decisions that VAR does.
Being part of a generation that was told “Wikipedia is not a source” makes it genuinely baffling to me that jobs are now telling people to just use ChatGPT for everything.
@bmstewart2004 And it’s the elderly or those who feel unable to haggle that lose out in this system. Sky happily charge those customers a fortune and keep trying to sell them package add ons they don’t need.
