What Gen Z are saying (as I heard them):

1. That the President show empathy for the families of those killed & to those injured. That the killed & injured have names, families and friends. They are not statistics nor criminals. If the President can’t lead the Nation in mourning & grieving, who will?

2. That the President pronounces himself that the Police must respect the Constitution & end extrajudicial abductions & kidnappings. That the Police stop terrorism on citizens. And Police violating the Constitution must know that soon, they will be personally liable.

3. That it is not about taxation but fiscal discipline by Government. More money is wasted than is collected. Chief Economic Advisor says everywhere is leaking!

4. That it is not about roads or house or employment but public transparency & integrity in public offices.

5. That corruption, tribalism & nepotism be ended. One leader has employed all his relatives in Government.

6. That there be humility in public leadership. Hubris, arrogance & talking down on citizens should end. Mta-do is primitive & archaic.

7. That public theft ends. Leaders with known salaries are driving big cars, live in big houses, wear expensive watches, fly helicopters & give out millions every weekend with known salaries can’t afford them. And they flout traffic rules.

8. That the Soul of Country needs to saved. It is not about material things.

9. Moral responsibility is higher calling than criminal culpability. Leaders don’t need to be convicted before they are suffered. Chapter 6 of the Constitution is about MORAL RESPONSIBILITY not CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY.

PS. My advise to the President is out of knowing him since 1992 & coming from the same town & desiring him to succeed. It is made in good faith & outmost diffidence.
