I think that having a good linked in profile is just as important as having a good resume. It's smart to have a good profile because if employers have an idea of what you are like, they will be more inclined to hire you #LinkedInJTCR10

In my experience employers have asked for a resume but never a cover letter. Does anybody else have the same experience? #JTCR10

@JackCowley16 I wouldn't ever lie on a resume. Just be sure to word your resume right so that way you can almost look "better" than you might if you worded it poorly

@zach_leighton I think this is a fair process to the employers but not candidates. Because of this, I think it is crucial to do your research before hand to make sure you can try to have the key words they are looking for

I feel as though researching companies beforehand only is applicable for career seeking jobs rather than a job you need simply to pay the bills #JTCR10
