5 hours of sleep & the first notification on your phone being about the player's abuse is harder to process than losing the game. The whole tournament was by far the most enjoyment I've had watching England - the team morale, the quality, the leadership & the buzz!

Less pressure from the media/fans, helped them become one of the best teams we've ever seen. Emphasis on team - Kalvin Philips & Declan Rice over Lampard & Gerard all-day-long.I hope the people responsible for the disgusting racist reaction are dealt with appropriately.
