@megabusuk This is unacceptable. Booking Ref 22621220 has been cancelled/changed for 22/12/2025 and 27/12/2025. I booked well in advance and I need travel on those dates (times flexible). I’ve emailed [email protected] — DM me now so this can be fixed today.

Totally disappointing with the way @MySamsonite treated me.
They didn't get my case to me in the time they advertised.
I was on tour with a high profile artist playing the main stage @glastonbury .
I had to leave half my clothes in another town.😡😡😡
This is not good enough.
