Sometimes it takes me 1 hour and 20 attempts to record a 1 minute video.

Unless you're training to workout during an earthquake, squatting on a Bosu ball is not functional. Here's a real example; picking up a toddler requires the back strength of a deadlift, the bicep strength of hammer curls and the shoulder strength of shoulder presses.
