Update: 18 months later & Nvim is now my daily driver in & out of work.

After the initial learning curve, it becomes so unbelievably easier to get into a flow and just… code & navigate a codebase (more fun too 🤪)

Turns out the “months to fully tweak” part was worth it 😅

2 weeks into (neo)vim, here’s my takes:

- motions are definitely useful, will likely use them with whichever editor I decide on.

- using it as a full IDE-like experience feels like it will take months to fully develop/tweak.
