@AskDyson Your customer service on WhatsApp is appalling. The comparison table on your website, for purifiers, details the differences between the products, with the Purifier Cool Formaldehyde coming out as the best. Then, I get conflicting information from your representative:

@LeHarrisP @currys and @CurrysServices saying "Contact customer support" is just a facade to show the public they're putting in "effort" to address customers' concerns. When in reality, they couldn't care less about the trouble I've gone through.

@currys promised "10-20 days" to deliver and install a washing machine, before I then decided to buy from them. That was a lie - 30 days. When the engineers came to deliver, they claimed it was a faulty product and couldn't install. They took the new one and my old one away.

@LeHarrisP @LeHarrisP they pretend to care by asking customers to direct message them. In fact, they "care" so much and are entirely convinced that they're not at fault that they've provided an address for legal matters. I asked if the replacement could be a little more than what I paid.
