@YorkshireWater 17% bill increase with only 1 months notice is a joke in a COL crisis. Especially as myself probably like many others used less water in the last year but still bills go up. Hope you’re putting this money towards new reservoirs and fixing leaks… probably not.

@bankofengland interest rates going up I’m all for it but it won’t work while banks are making their millions from it. My savings accounts are at 1.41% no where near the current rate of interest. Rishi want to lower inflation why are you doing so little about it.

@O2 5G sim, however outside in Armthorpe Doncaster even though my phone is display 3-5G I’m getting 0Gs. Websites don’t load, emails, social feeds don’t refresh. This needs sorting other wise I’m paying for a mobile phone contract that’s not very mobile.

I have followed the process for returns but I’m now having to go to store multiple times and ‘prove’ that I have returned items. None of this is my fault as I have followed your process. It is being put on me to sort this out which is all very disappointing and stressful

@nextofficial still waiting refund for some returned items, store has been able to sort some of them but not others. store confirmed a system error was course, but now I’m still out clothes & money with a credit card bill to pay. Thank you for the added stress. have sent a msg

@nextofficial returned several items today but the system “stopped working when to the last item” the lady apologised and called her manager over who advices they will get it sorted & send me an email. That was lunchtime. Still no email & my account hasn’t been updated. Not ideal
