BTW, how often are you supposed to have to remove solid sheets of ice from your fridge? Bi-weekly or no?

@HondaCustSvc My A/C failed less than 2k miles outside of warranty on my 2018 Civic. Quoted ~$2k from the dealer, including the condenser being covered w/ TSB 19-091. I've been trying to get in touch with someone, but haven't gotten in touch with anyone for weeks. Case# 12055120

I was told I needed a replacement compressor and compressor clutch in addition to the condenser. Lots of others having similar problems online. It's getting really hot and I'd like to get a resolution.
