After months of silence from @SurgeBet I still have not received any communication whatsoever, I finally have my day in court.
February 5th, 2026 - NT Racing & Wagering Tribunal
What happened:

✅ Won $88,296 on Pakenham Quaddie

✅ Bet confirmed as “WON”❌ Payout reversed to $18,742 12 hours later

❌ No explanation, no notification, nothing
I even had a personal friend who knew people at SurgeBet try to sort it out. They wouldn’t respond to him either.

This isn’t just about me - it’s about every punter who trusts that when a bookmaker says you’ve won, you’ve actually won.

I’m urging everyone to steer clear of SurgeBet and all Amused Group platforms.

@Frestonia @JamesSanto18 @bookiewatchdog @SurgeAus That is what they did but they won’t tell me that or show me the pool they paid me from, they also paid out the full vic tote which is what the bet was placed under and accepted my withdrawal then reversed the funds 12 hours later with no communication and still none.

Been contacted by a Sydney law firm in the meantime who want to take the matter further pending the commissions findings.
