@george_nqu I definitely see this playing out. CRMs are great, but many businesses in our same niche all run a little differently day to day. I’m pumped to see this come to fruition…now if I could just get gippity to play a little nicer 😅.

Lots of comments going around about CMS blocking new ACA agents for the 2027 plan year. As a current agent in AR there are better ways to prevent fraud.
New agent restrictions and multiple client authorizations is overkill. As long as the ACA is around, simple changes and fraud prevention is easily available by taking away the incentives for "agents" to act fraudulently:
1. Remove tax credits and/or repeal the ACA. That won't happen, so let's move on.
2. Set a floor amount for ACA plans. Plans should never be $0 after tax credits. Set something like $100 per policy minimum. And a $50-100/person covered minimum would be even better. People should have skin in the game. Nothing is free.
3. Restrict agent commissions to resident states only. Coverage is already confined per state, why stop there. This would immediately shut down the FL and CA call centers that are harassing people. Out of state agents know exactly zero about the local plans and providers. They know what the internet says, they don't actually know these providers like locals do.
Contrary to comments I expect on this, some agents have great working relationships with all the major hospitals and provider groups in NWA. It's our business to know what's going on, so some of us take it seriously to stay connected and informed.
The ACA is a mess and should be replaced wholesale...but these changes could help the widespread abuse in the meantime.
@Literal_Word Fantastic app! My only two suggestions...
1) Please, keep audio in the side menu and off the main Bible text (I love how there are zero distractions!).
2) I would like one more paraphrased translation like NLT. This is about the only thing I swap over to other apps for now.
