@virginmedia It effects all devices, the hub is out in the open on a shelf above the tv, upright and facing out

@virginmedia Yep logged in, says no problems detected, it’s consistently poor. Usually Thursday to saturday, have to restart it multiple times a day. I’ve checked all the cables. I sometimes wonder why I bother paying for internet at all as we end up relying on using our personal hotspot
