BREAKING: Big win for @TheLTDA@UTAG17 on Streetscape plan & Bishopsgate which removed access for taxis. Scheme deemed “unlawful” by the Judge. Could have big consequences for similar road schemes.
@EalingCouncil@juliangbell Nothing to be proud of. How about you stop extorting residents. My children's carer could not get here on time last week due to your persecutory road closures.
We MADE IT!
Crowdfunding target of £35k achieved!
Thanks to ~1000 supporters!
We are not a vocal minority of Ealing's LTNs residents, we are the MAJORITY!
Let's restore DEMOCRACY, SAFETY & AIR EQUALITY for ALL!

For people that have been denying the pb with ES access, abstract below are from MPS & LAS and specific to Ealing's LTNs. They do not want any bollards & they confirm that increased traffic on Lower Boston Rd DID CAUSE ambulance delays.
@EalingCouncil should remove the LTNs NOW !
Today I witnessed yet another example of an ambulance crew unable to drive through the #Ealing LTN road block. They had to lug their equipment some distance on the other side of the barrier to reach their patient. This happens all too often. @EalingCouncil must find a solution
@johngray can you tell the @Telegraph and @injinwa that you didn't write this book.
I think there's a picture of you in the article. https://t.co/Y7YYx2wlkT
It was actually this John Gray https://t.co/Pt0OkXvhTa
@juliangbell aren't you supposed to be supporting a fair consultation and experiment.
Flooding twitter with pro LTN articles is clearly prejudging the outcome.
How about a level playing field ?
Unfortunately just putting in badly designed LTNs with zero consultation has put everybody's backs up and it will now be very difficult to 'give them a chance'
A whole spectrum of people in Ealing feel this way. Just a bit of consultation or a quick reversal could have helped inplement a scheme that works for everyone.
Instead, the issue is more divisive than it needs to be and has damaged the underlying goal
