Different venue, same Mental Health Football support. 🧡
The best thing you can say about our attendees and volunteers is that after only 2 weeks they've already made this pitch feel like home. 🏡
Goals, encouragement, support and understanding in abundance, well done everyone!
It's MHF Friday! 💚⚽

#MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
MHF aims to improve attendees mental health using football and peer support, in a friendly and judgement-free environment.
At last night's session we had 51 people of different ages, genders and backgrounds enjoying a kick about, a chat and loads of support.
What a way to start the weekend!
Around 50 of us got together last night for our weekly pressure and judgement free kickabout.
It's always great to see attendees connecting, laughing, scoring goals and supporting each other.

"Sat here these last couple of minutes struggling to find words on how amazing MHF was tonight, I really enjoyed playing with and against you all and had some good laughs along the way, I watched others encourage their team and the opponents, I loved it." - Ben, MHF Volunteer
"Our final MHF of 2024 and it felt like another fun and supportive session, with some brilliant football played and some great conversations taking place.
