Initial response was muted so waiting to pay Dex. Soon as I have free time and the market is looking good and active I'll spark the revival!

Tesla released the original Roadster in 2008, and early adopters sported custom license plates knocking gas cars. A pic of a "LOL OIL" plate on an orange roadster in Cali went viral in 2010. The meme has matured well, and so has the Roadster...

Meme originally stems from the legendary July 20, 2010 article from Autoblog, titled "Tesla Roadster owner wins vanity plate war with LOL OIL"

Steve Jurvetson, early Tesla investor and board member, published a pic of the "Smuggest Vanity Plates" at a Tesla meetup in 2010 on Flickr and Jalopnik. The images are gone from Jalopnik. Not on wayback archive either. Can anybody dig them up from his Flickr?

I'll pay DEX when I get off the airplane I'm on right now, in about 90 minutes. Tried to do it prior to takeoff but got in a pinch.
