Me despidieron por “bajo rendimiento” un viernes a las 4pm por email.
Sin llamada. Sin reunión. Sin aviso.
Cinco años en esa empresa. Fui el que capacitó a los nuevos, el que se quedaba hasta tarde, el que nunca pidió un aumento porque “no era el momento”.
El lunes siguiente, tres de mis excompañeros me escribieron para decirme que ellos también se iban.
