@Theralogix customer care is so bad, apparently according to USPS the address is invalid for delivery. Yet it was still sent & Theralogix wont do ANYTHING to help on hold for over 2hours!!

@British_Airways AA can not do anything as it is a BA ticket. After 7hours your team finally said “yeah we messed up you will have to add at airport via BA desk” so it is a BA flight/ticket. I got hung up on twice and then each time had to wait again. Customer service is appalling.
