@Philippa_Perry I’ve found out stuff that will help my vision, my headaches, my fatigue. All of us self diagnose to an extent every time we go to the GP. If you don’t have adhd the medication won’t help. sure it’s annoying to see content creators reference adhd glibly but most are very helpful.

@Philippa_Perry It’s valid to remind people as my psychiatrist did that it is just a variation. I’m not damaged. Although it feels like it at times. But get stronger through self acceptance and help from those sharing their stories plus reading real research.

@1goodtern Most people with ME have no idea what their original trigger virus was. It presented usually as cold or flu. Post-viral set in. Is there any way to tell retrospectively? Not sure why this matters but it feels it does.
