@MetCC approx 150 guys, most in full black, cycling up Holloway Road, London towards archway. Many on the wrong side of the road, I was almost hit by 3 bikes around H&I station. Cars having to stop. Accident waiting to happen. Most without lights on.

@HMRCcustomers I've already spent hours waiting to get through on several tries and when I try the webchat it never works! I'm just trying to do the right thing here, surely there had to be another way?

@HMRCcustomers I spent a lot of time on the phone with you a few weeks ago and was promised my self assessment form would be opened up as it needs to be adjusted (it wasn't filled out as I believed I was under the threshold but was just above in the end..). How long do I wait?

@HMRCcustomers Yes I do and a UTR. When I click year 23/24 though it says "as the service wasn't used for this year you can't amend it, please contact the helpline" which I did. And they said they'd "open it up" to me to amend/input.

@HMRCcustomers But I can't do one as there isn't one to adjust. Your colleague on the phone said one would be opened for me online so that I can fix this. Otherwise I'll be sent a fee next year for not doing it.

@HMRCcustomers No late fee has been issued yet but it will be as I didn't realise I needed to do a self assessment as well as I was charged through PAYE already (I started as a sole trader just before the April cut-off and was both employed and a sole trader for a few months).

@HMRCcustomers Hi, no they couldn't because I hadn't submitted one. I worked as employed through PAYE and then started as self-employed and was paid just before the April deadline. So no self-assesement was opened. they said they'd open one for me now to adjust but haven't heard anything since.

@VirginAtlantic Hi, I booked a preferred seat in Premium meaning I paid extra for it. When I arrived I saw that the footstall was broken and it said not to use. Not really worth paying £88 for a seat like that, not sure why it was still for sale?

@O2 Trying to add a bundle for travelling but every time I try to access my page I get this “access denied”. No idea why and keep crashing when using the app. I’m in the UK but it does mean I can’t add a bolt on for my travels which isn’t great for me.
