24 hours in policy custody really got me this week. Why give jail to someone who won't reoffend vs suspended sentence for crooks who definitely will?

I was not allowed to vote as a practice nurse,as we do not get standard AFC terms & conditions. However I am in complete support of all my nursing colleagues on AFC. Maybe in the future we can also look at how to implement standard AFC T&C for GPNs too 🤷‍♀️ @RCN @RCNGPNForum

We are heartbroken to share that HNC member Emma Carder passed away on Thursday. Emma was the beating heart of our club. It is impossible to put into words how painful this loss is and how much she will be missed. We send our love to her wonderful family.
