Immigration and Nationality Act, Section 212(f):
“Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

I verified these claims made during the Dearborn Michigan City Council meeting
Dearborn’s now 55% Arab Muslim population has a huge amount of Visa overstays and illegal entry. These people shouldn’t legally be here
Unauthorized immigrants in Dearborn’s Arab community include:
- Percentage of Dearborn’s foreign-born population: ~35-50% (roughly 16,000 out of 32,000) are likely unauthorized (illegal)
Visa Overstays: ~40-50% of the unauthorized total (~4,400-8,250). Common for temporary visas (e.g., B-1/B-2 tourist, F-1 student) from the Middle East; national overstay rates for Yemeni and Iraqi nationals are ~20-30%, but higher in established communities like Dearborn due to family ties.
Illegal Entry (No Visa): ~45-50% (~5,000-8,250). Includes border crossers or those evading inspection, often from Mexico/Central America, but less common for Arabs (who more often use legal entry points before overstaying).
Fraudulent Status: <5% (~500-800). Includes misrepresentation on applications or fake documents; not well-tracked locally, but DHS flags it in ~1-2% of visa cases from high-risk countries.
If you think knowing who created Bitcoin matters, you don’t understand it.
Bitcoin is open source. Nobody has special rights, and everyone can verify that. It doesn’t matter who created Bitcoin. Bitcoin is neutral technology, like math.
Who invented math, @TuckerCarlson?
A tense discussion unfolds regarding pride flags on sidewalks, leading to accusations of indoctrination and raising questions about associations with controversial figures. #PrideFlags#PublicDebate
@Derek they lied. They forced me to rescan and an area that was clear on the first scan (belt line with no belt) was flagged and pat down forced today.
Security is ran by a privately contracted company Covenant Security. Here is the email I sent to the leadership and executive team following my incident today. The Supervisor, Jose insinuated he was a federal agent and refused reasonable and logical conversation throughout the entire interaction.
Thank you for kindly taking my phone call and discussing the action's and unprofessional behavior of Supervisor Jose F Badge #1921. Following up for your records and mine.
The interaction took place at Terminal 3/F1 in the San Francisco International Airport from approximately 4:20pm - 4:55pm PST.
CAS frontline agent flagged my keychain which contained a replica .44 Mag bullet which is a clear souvenir from The Alamo.
The Frontline Agent asked for confirmation on ownership of the items which I confirmed.
The Frontline Agent informed me the souvenir could not be passed through.
I informed them of multiple facts including but not limited to:
It was a souvenir
I have flown with this item for the past 6-9 months and never had a single issue or interaction (Documentation can be proven)
There are no TSA guidelines or rules preventing the item. It is clearly within well documented inclusions for travel.
Frontline Agent Escalated to his onsite supervisor, Jose F.
Jose F, refused to have a discussion from the start and immediately informed me the item was not permitted according to guidelines prior to a full and even partial review sufficient for a determination to be made.
When presented with the facts Jose changed his reason for the refusal to final decision authority remaining with the TSA officer onsite
Jose, insinuated through the conversation that he was the Federal TSA Officer.
I requested his Name, Badge, Number and Supervisor.
Jose, acquiesced to the request for his info, but repeatedly refused escalation to his superior a multitude of times stating, "I'm the Supervisor" when requested for his supervisor.
When repeatedly asked Jose admitted there was someone he reported to and proceeded to make the call.
Rachel (Believe the name is correct here), was informed of the situation at the Terminal and proceeded to rescan the item.
Rachel was informed the CAS Agents were on record stating it was a replica item and by definition not a risk or danger for travelers.
Once rescanned Rachel informed the airline requesting the item to be checked and fees for checked bags waived.
My assumption is the airline did not care to waive a fee for a key chain souvenir, understandably.
I was permitted to take my items and head to my gate.
Jose, refused to acknowledge his mistake or apologize for his unprofessional behavior and actions which bordered on retaliatory in nature (I'm certainly happy to document and provide more context and evidence of the event if needed).
Again, Zach thank you for your attention and consideration to this. Let me know if you require any further information.
Please, confirm receipt at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely and Best Regards,
Luke

This has only been an issue at SF airport. The contract and behavior of agents at this organization should be reviewed and potentially cut from the tax payers budget.
I will be submitting a FOIA request regarding the incident and nature of the internal investigation, next steps, and disciplinary actions taken.
