@Evpiss Mine was during yr 11 and I did it about how you couldn't trust anyone and should always be wary of your friends. (I had recently developed really bad anxiety problems that had caused me to fall out with my friends in a big way)
I look back on it with shame
@LeopoldTheBrave I like many people would just prefer they made a new game but since they're going for a remake I'm glad legends is the one they're doing because that's the only mainline game that really needed any significant changes & the trailers give me hope that this is going to feel fresh
@lovinqmount even if you live somewhere transport is cheap you're still limited by where it goes. I often see ads for jobs in nearby towns less than 5 miles away, that would be a trivial 10-15 minute drive, but public transport takes over an hour because there's no direct line from where I am
@chasingtrams@PISSDRlNKER It looks good - for them and for you. need to show you're doing "enough" searching i.e. hitting some arbitrary number of apps per week
also it's likely an old requirement - when having a car was basically expected and therefore anything within 25 miles was also within 45 minutes
@PISSDRlNKER I don't know if I'm just lucky but my commitments are based on commute time, not distance - I can turn down/ not apply for anything thats not within a 90 min commute (total - so 45m one way)
@Doctordaki Calunio's games can often be very emotionally challenging. Dolls remains the most uncomfortable game I've played (without hitting the specific nerve that makes me so uncomfortable I immediately disengage) and the last time in recent memory a twist made me say "Oh shit" out loud.
If, like me, you're pissed off about steam removing the #RPGMaker tag, you should check out this curator.
It's now the best collection of both currently available and upcoming RPGMaker titles on the platform.
Well I suppose Valve has decided to hate me in particular lol. They have removed the RPGMaker tag from steam. So if you're looking for RPGMaker games please check out my curator. https://t.co/fCcF45Jk4Z
I agree with the vast majority of these tag changes. But removing "RPGMaker" is a terrible decision @steam
We still refer to "Flash games" as a style - even when not made in Flash. RPGMaker games have a distinct flavor that is a pro OR con to many. The tag helped with that!

Been working on condensing some maps in the name of pacing & ease of navigation. Here's a before and after of the first dungeon

@bobble_hat_01@YoVillains@pastamancerKol@ThomasABeanies depending who you ask the criteria for a roguelike can range from " it must have proc gen and no meta-progression between runs" to "it must be a proc gen 2D turn based dungeon crawler with ASCII art (also no meta-progression between runs)"
roguelite is the less restrictive term
