On a related note: Putting "Controller Recommended" or worse, "REAL [Noun]s Use Controller" at the start of the game doesn't excuse you having shit default keybinds, and it's obnoxious as shit.

If you're a game studio and you're releasing on PC you should have at least 50% of your testers be keyboard players. Maybe then you'll ship your game with a decent set of binds for once.

I STG The amt of games I see still releasing with the most glorpshit keybinds is staggering.

@KupoGames What makes this situation so tricky is that the qualities that make these games so easy to clone with AI are the same that made them so marketable.
A game with more "depth" might be harder to steal, but it'll also be harder to get eyes on in the first place.
