Sensitive Young Men

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

I made the mistake of starting to trade my money online without any training and with a lot of recklessness.
It took me 3 years, $60,000, and a serious decline in my health to learn how to manage not only my money but also my life.
I’d do it all over again!
Because if I’d simply been lucky, I never would have discovered all the lessons that have made me so much wiser and more self-aware today.
I’m incredibly grateful for the circumstances I’ve faced!
It’s time to put what I’ve learned to good use and make the most of it—for my mother, my family, and myself.
Fuck the comfort, that can wait in my 90's.

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@overclassifiedx Someone put that meme here with the titles *How we imagined 2026 in the 80's (flying cars, huge futuristic self-sustainable buldings)*
*Actual 2026: The earth is a globe. - SOURCE???*

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@bubbastump69420 You would be surprised...

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

My dear friend...
Just because you’re unable to maintain your testosterone levels on your own through a healthy lifestyle—and therefore have to take it externally, thereby disrupting your own biological system—it does NOT mean that others aren’t doing the same thing out of fear.
Quite the opposite.
Best regards, A nearly 30-year-old with 1003 ng/dL

BREAKING!

modern male afraid to pin Testosterone due to fear and aversion to risk caused by low Testosterone

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

For all the gworn ass men crying to me here and my dm's about my 100% healthy physique and clean blood; Thank you!
I can learn a lot from many of you, such as how careful one must be with outbursts of anger stemming from a minority complex, or how a two-digit IQ is indeed characteristic of the “I’m big, I’m superior” mindset.
It’s pathetic and sad to see how many lost souls are trying to convince themselves that injecting drugs is perfectly fine. I guess your ram-sized dicks add another layer to the story.
Im blocking the comment section, I shared every info what I've been asked, but unfortunately, too many of you just can't handle the truth, and are unable to act as an adult.
Have a wonderful day everyone:)

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

The things is that I simply have no need to take synthetic stuff in order to achieve whatever I wish. If anyone by any mean wants to consume whatever, sure, you have free will. But I'll say it again: Picking on others just because they don't jump on the "modern" pharmaceutical bandwagon just because you tried a drug which gives you some benefits...
That's really not cool.
I can remain 100% natural by any mean and have a happy life. Anyone else can take drugs and enjoy themselves. We are not equal:)

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@DislexicPotato Yeah I see many guy with tiny PP wants to think bigger muscles = better life. Unfortunately I am the one still who has naturally high T and clean blood, and they are the ones doing all the hatred and bitching with inferiority complexes.

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@SJ091022 I actually have no clue what you talking about or what is that thing. I already showed my FH and LSH in the comment section with my other blood test results. But please keep thinking its impossibe naturally, whatever you want my friend:)

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

Doing cyciling, jogging and calisthenics does this to you my friend. Meanwhile 187cm tall:)
I am the the who has 1000ng/dL T naturally, and you guys bitching online like little girls about a healthy lean male physique🤭
Lots and lots of insecurity makes people so envy its crazy. All you guys are capable of is throwing a tantrum and looking for flaws in a physique that's otherwise 100% healthy. I don't need to be big, because I don't have an inferiority complex. Unlike all those "big boys" who are addicted to TRT with a 3 inch dick. I see where all the hatred comes from...

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@Trump2034731087 Your timeline explains your behavior and mental health. Take a brake buddy:)
Love you.

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@SlayingPicks What the word means to each person. In my case, it means that I’m capable of getting emotional when I see wonderful things, for example.
If you interpret any of this negatively, the problem lies with you.

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@quarkxbt For me, natural will always come first, but of course, to each their own.

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

Since a lots of insecure "alpha"males found me in comments and dm's, let me help you all out with what I do to maintain natural high T level:

-Love based, non-judgemental lifestyle
-Daily exercises (cyciling, calisthenics)
-Loving girlfriend (intimacy daily)
-Meditate
-Positive Affirmations
-Oolong Tea
-Salamon's Seal
-Gotu Kola + Vitamin C+B+D+K2
- Diet with High Antioxidants
- LOTS of Sunlight (+fascia releases)
- Healthy friendships, lots of fun/laugh
- No Alcohol (I was an alcoholic)
-No Drugs (I smoked weed 10y+)
-No gooning (Was also an addict)

Stop arguing over meaningless stuff which you'll forget in a week anyway.
Stop giving away your energy to meaningless stuff.
Stop thinking you are here to proove anything to anyone.

Do what you enjoy and love.

You dont need ANY harmful substance in order to generate endorphines, dopamines and other good chemicals in the brain. The lifestyle which based on Love and Joy does all of the good for you.
If you think you need to inject hormones and stuff like that, Im sorry, but you are completely lost. And that is alright. You are here to evolve as a soul. Your time will come.

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@Trump2034731087 Another insecure guy. What a surprise😂

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@mIlIlIlIlr There you go. Had a 3 hour sleep that night before I went to take my bloodtest, also drank an Oolong tea the day before. All of my doctors said I should be happy with the results tho. Anything you can tell me by this info?

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@Ex_posted Impressive!

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@Tybolt333 Sir Yes Sir!😂 This place is full of insecure idiots. Having a good laugh cuz you guys, thanks!

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@crypto_wallet4 I gave you a like too. I clearly see that love is the number one thing you are missing from your life.
Again. I feel no hatred. If you wanna continue, feel free to do it:)
Wish you the best, again!

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

I do realise, yes. On the other hand if you struggle with things like that, you shouldn't tell everyone in the internet that "Hey do TRT dont be a pussy!" Because yes, it can be kinda dangerous for certain people. And since the majority of Men nowadays have many insecurities, they gonna just do what the Big Guy tells them to do. Otherwise, they are fearful pussies. Cmoon...
Also, I don't believe that most of you guys really trying everything.
Stress is the number 1 sympthom of low T, and since most of us arguing with strangers online just like now, it can be single handedly the worst thing to do for many. And this is just one out of hundreds of things.

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@Tybolt333 Oh no, did I hurt your feelings big boy? 🤭

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

@crypto_wallet4 My man, you like your own comments the moment you post them.
I have no hatred in my hearth towards anyone, just saying. Anyone can do whatever they want.
Im happy with my life and with all what I love to do.
I feel truly sorry for people like you. Wish you the best!

[Baltrius @LumiBlasio]

At month 4 of retention and sobriety:
My ability to connect with people remained the same. It stems from presence, humour and charm, not abstinence alone. I had no problem to get girls when I fapped, neither now.
Retention provides kind of a raw fuel.
Without a clear objective to channel it toward, nothing shifts. You will remain the exact same person no matter what you retain if you lack a purposeful goal.
The word you described here are "Confidence". Thats what you gonna get if you start this process.
Its 100% worth it ofcourse. But if you count the days, you are already lost.

[Semen Retention Archive @semenarchive]

Once you hit over 2 weeks of retention, your interactions with others will start to change. Subtlely at first, but then it starts to become more obvious.

The way people look at you will start to change. There's a certain interest in their eyes. There's an innate respect there that you will never receive in a drained state.

It is life recognizing a potent version of itself; a unique expression that is a man with high energy and virility.

This can not be gained through smooth talking or flashy clothing. This is energy. This is Semen Retention.

People will want to be close to you in any way they can, be it physical contact or just share a moment with you.

Men will see you as the one in command of your domain and they will respect the natural authority of your words. Women can feel that you're up to something. And they want to be a part of it.

Everyone can feel the gravity of your being.

It is such a wonderful and rare thing in our modern world to see a man who has the discipline and drive to cultivate their energy and lift others up.

As men, we are here to build. Wield this power and create a better world. Start at home with your loved ones. And from there, step forth into the abyss, where unknown challenges will test you. But fear not. You are on the path.
