The human brain makes approximately 35,000 decisions per day.
Around 200 of those are about food.
Fewer than 100 are genuinely conscious.
The rest are made on autopilot — habit, environment, emotion.
Every addiction, every habit, every impulse purchase happens in the 34,900 decisions you're not paying attention to.
The people who know this best aren't scientists.
They're advertisers.

1. The fact that a random couple ran into Keanu Reeves in a hotel lobby, invited him to their wedding, and he put on a suit and joined is proof he really is The One.
I just finished watching Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, and I must say I learned something deeply meaningful from it.
One powerful lesson that stood out to me is this: there’s always a way out.
Life has a way of throwing us into situations that feel overwhelming, most times even hopeless.
But no matter how impossible things may seem, there’s always a way out.
Sometimes, it’s hidden & sometimes, it takes time to appear,
But it’s there.
If you’re going through something heavy right now, I want to remind you that this moment will pass, you’re not stuck.
It’s only a matter of time before things begin to shift.
Hold on, Keep going, You’re stronger than you think, and brighter days are ahead.
I’ll leave you with a quote from the movie that really moved me:
“Like it or not, we’re masters of our fate, Nothing is written.”
Keep hope alive, have faith even when it’s hard you are not alone. 🤗
