Die Maus aufschrauben und so weit auseinander bauen bis du an das Maus Rad kommst dann die Kontakte vom Maus Rad bisschen mit Druckluft und nem Pinsel sauber machen danach nen bisschen wd-40 drauf und wieder zusammen bauen hatte das selbe Problem seit dem ich das gemacht hab hatte ich nie wieder Probleme damit
