Weight and fat loss in and of itself is not bad or wrong.
It does not need to be demonized in the rage against diet culture because it's not the problem.
It's the value that you attach to it and the thoughts about what you make it mean to you that cause problems.
Just because intuitive eating works for some people, doesn't mean you're wrong for wanting to create structure around your meals
As someone who has struggled with binge and emotional eating, the idea of "eating whatever, whenever" doesn't ultimately serve me, and that's ok
You don’t need to stand in front of a mirror naked, idolizing your body and saying “I loooove my body” when you don’t really feel that way, as a prerequisite for loving yourSELF
You’re also allowed to not like certain parts of your body without hating yourSELF
