People abroad stranded by Thomas Cook collapse - CAA will repatriate all Brits abroad not just those entitled to ATOL protection (ie booked flight separately themselves) AND pay their hotel bill. Resist demands from hotel, get it to call CAA them re ATOL if they are difficult.
