The CLARITY Act does not have any direct positive effect on USTC. However, it has a positive effect on LUNC by providing greater regulatory clarity, which could make it easier for LUNC to be listed on U.S. exchanges. As a result, it may indirectly benefit USTC because LUNC and USTC are closely linked within the Terra Classic ecosystem. Meanwhile, USTC can continue to be adopted in other jurisdictions and, following a successful repeg, could function as an on-chain decentralized stablecoin.

Good points on LUNC, but USTC still has a future. Many centralized exchanges outside the U.S. aren't governed by the CLARITY Act and may continue supporting it.
If the community achieves a successful repeg, USTC could emerge as a truly decentralized on-chain stablecoin.
Even without some CEX listings, it can continue to exist and trade through DEXs.
