are not constantly interrupted - that a person who knows the patient and the plan communicates it clearly to carers. Ultimately I think it would save staff time and make communication with carers much more effective.
@LancsHospitals there must be a better way to have updates from the ward team about the care of relatives than just phoning the ward. Why can't there be a more proactive approach? Planned calls or emails with a nominated family member for example. It would mean that ward staff
