How are @boohoo @boohooMAN allowed to get away with not refunding customers. I categorically did not select gift card, surely this is illegal?! No response back to any complaints or escalations. This is WILD behaviour from them! #boohoo #boohooboycott #boohoocriminals

@jessielauren123 @boohoo @boohooMAN I had this happen too! And posted on here- contacted by a boohoo CS manager -asked my to fill in a comp form. I didn’t give bank details . Then tried to get me to download Lemfi app for my refund 🤣🤣
