Young people are told everyday on TikTok they can earn £100k+ fast and easy.

Bitcoin, Amazon selling, affiliates. And they believe it.

But the reality is £100K is a LOT of money. This is what senior business directors with 20-30 years experience earn in the UK.

I remember being in my 20s and seeing £100k a year as an impossible task. Even £50k a year is more than most of our parents. But in this industry it’s so normalised.

We need to set realistic expectations and tell our young people TikTok is lying to them.

Those £100k earners are often lying to you, but successful people are also unique, the 1%. They don’t moan about remote working, or working more than 9-5, they graft, they think smart, they invest, they learn.

Let’s not think it’s given, it’s not.
