Someone we employed ate biscuit worth 400k in 3 months🤣
Short bread & cookies if 3-4k twice daily
We brought out 50+ empty nylon he kept hiding at the back of the counters
By the end of 2 weeks of sacking him, we had retrieved over 100 nylon he hid everywhere. A married man🤣
@instablog9ja From what Pastor Adeboye said recently, I think it’s fair to say Redeem isn’t a church but an APC organization centre in disguise. They’ve been cooking his shit for years
Oh to be financially independent.
To not stay somewhere because you have no choice.
To move because you can.
To fund your own dreams without waiting on anyone.
To have your own money.
Such a big flex.
I'm not an agent of doom, but it looks like it wants to rain again. The weather has changed.
If you are selling akara and kulikuli, you might want to work remotely tomorrow.

“This Is For All These New Parents We Now Have In Nigeria With Their Stup!d Gentle Parenting. Your Friends And Family Members Will Hear That You’re Bringing Your Child To Their House Or An Event, And They Will Be Irritated. Your Child Will End Up Irritating People Because Of Your Rubbish Gentle Parenting Nonsense. You Will Carry An Ill-Mannered Child And Be Walking Up And Down.” ~ Lady Reacts.
You've been hearing about the so-called "Olodo Uprising".
Here's a wider angle on this phenomenon to help you contextualise what you are actually witnessing, why it is happening and who is ultimately behind it (hint: it's not Peller - he's just a symptom!)
There’s a lady in my office who got married early last year, and she is easily one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Tell her your problem, and before you even finish explaining, she’s already thinking of solutions. If there’s work that needs to be done and the person responsible isn’t available, she simply steps in and gets it done without complaints. She’s the kind of person who keeps things moving because she genuinely cares.
Last year, we partnered with a Lebanese businessman on a project at Blenco. He relocated to Nigeria for a while to be fully involved in the project, and because moving around was difficult, he bought a Toyota Highlander to ease his transportation.
Everyone in the office saw how much this lady contributed to the success of the project and how selflessly she treated everyone around her.
Today, we came to work and there was a small celebration because the Lebanese man was leaving Nigeria and wanted to host the team before his departure. We were eating, drinking, and having a good time when he walked in with our boss, called her out in front of everyone, and handed her the documents and keys to the Toyota Highlander.
Then he said something that almost made everyone emotional:
“I don’t want you jumping buses from Ikate to Sangotedo every day anymore.”
Just like that, she became a car owner.
Imagine showing up to work on a random day and going home with a vehicle worth over 50 million simply because people have seen your kindness, your dedication, and the way you treat others.
I was so happy for her mehn, I first run am fuel money!
