so this really isn’t a “shipper vs non shipper” situation and those pretending it is are just being obtuse. if anything, sun qian fans have underreacted this entire time and let people treat her like an intruder in her own project for far too long

“the early spring fans criticize so and so” narrative is wrong too. from day one, viewers couldn’t enjoy anything about the drama without someone yelling that he had a partner. everyone was so concerned not to hurt his girlfriend they chose to erase sun qian and flora instead 🥱

@Thamire09984010 right, people around them keep associating his character with his girlfriend, making sun qian seem as the third person on her own drama! on her own work! but if somebody said “jing boran belongs to flora,” then they’d start crying and saying: separate real life from fiction lol

doesn't take more than two brain cells to know referring to jing boran's girlfriend as "luke's woman" will only make more deranged people come for sun qian (who was already being dragged because of this relationship btw), so it gets to a point it starts feeling intentional

people around this couple were jealous of the attention the onscreen couple got. the constant mention of his partner feels like overcompensation, but since they still want the clout from the drama's success, they're just pushing sun qian out every chance they have

kinda crazy because this will ended up getting sun qian drag when she just minding her own business. and the fact that she can’t even get to enjoy this drama popularity because of someone’s relationship pmo.
