WATCH: This frank comment by businessman Kwanele Gumbi reminds me of a recent observation by Kwazi Mbili of Umlazi based Amabhubesi Property Holdings.

Mbili said forget about the so-called white monopoly capital holding back black businesses. He said it is always black people who are in power who always act against black businesses.

Mbili made this comment after his company was cheated of an opportunity in the old Durban Airport in KwaZulu-Natal.

Well, it has become a norm that government entities will not pay your invoice until you grease the palm of a senior official or some corrupt politician.
