1️⃣ माइलेज में कमी कोई "अफवाह" नहीं, बल्कि बुनियादी विज्ञान है। थर्मोडायनामिक्स को नकार कर इंजीनियरिंग की बातें करना हास्यास्पद है।

2️⃣ बेहतर कंबशन और हाई ऑक्टेन का फायदा सिर्फ E20-कम्प्लाइंट (Compliant) इंजनों को मिलता है। भारत में 80% से ज्यादा गाड़ियां E20 के अनुकूल (Compatible) भी नहीं हैं, कम्प्लाइंट होना तो दूर की बात है।

3️⃣ परफॉर्मेंस में सुधार सिर्फ कम्प्लाइंट इंजनों में होता है। बाकी गाड़ियों में E20 से जंग (Corrosion) और इंधन प्रणाली को नुकसान का असली खतरा है।

4️⃣ कम कैलोरीफिक वैल्यू (Calorific Value) एक बड़ी कमी है। "इंजीनियरिंग लिमिट्स" का मतलब सहने की सीमा (Tolerance) होता है, सही डिज़ाइन नहीं।

5️⃣ जब गाड़ी, ड्राइवर और रास्ता सब एक ही है और सिर्फ ईंधन बदला है, तो माइलेज की गिरावट का सीधा कारण ईंधन ही है।

तकनीकी कमियों को खूबियों की तरह बेचना बंद करें!

2. Entire Govt is invested in the Ethanol project. Not just one or two ministries.

1. What changes did you make to your vehicles to make them e20 compatible after April 2023?

2. Why did you need to make the changes or upgrades if pre 2023 vehicles had no problem with e20?

3. Can you share the "extensive testing" data with names of vehicle models tested and their compatibility status, number of kms driven on e20, and where was the e20 petrol sourced from?

4. Can you provide revised owner's manuals to pre 2023 car owners saying they are "e20 compatible" because originally they warn against using any blend above e10?

5. How many vehicles were serviced at your workshops since April 2025 which underwent repairs for damage due to "contaminated fuel"?

The Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) has formally flagged SEVERE E20 fuel contamination issues to the Government as vehicle part failures spike! 🚗⚠️

Key facts exposed in the SIAM report:

🔴 Severe Chloride Contamination: Chloride levels have reached up to 500 mg/kg, leading to serious risk of corrosion and rapid component wear.

🔴 Excessive Moisture Levels: Moisture content crossed 10,000 mg/kg — drastically above the permissible 3,000 mg/kg specification limit! This severely elevates the risk of ethanol-water phase separation inside fuel tanks.

🔴 Surge in Part Failures: Automakers are reporting a sharp rise in fuel pump and fuel injector replacements across vehicles.

🔴 Root Cause: SIAM attributes the contamination primarily to ageing, un-upgraded underground fuel storage tanks and pipelines at retail outlets.

SIAM’s Urgent Demands to the Government:
1️⃣ Make strict chloride limits mandatory in official E20 fuel specifications.

2️⃣ Enforce strict quality monitoring and checks by Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) at all retail fuel outlets.

Everyday vehicle owners are paying out-of-pocket for damaged fuel pumps and injectors due to faulty supply chain infrastructure and unmonitored blending!
When will motorists get pure fuel and strict quality guarantees? Time for immediate accountability and enforcement!
