I don't think people understand the gravity of the situation as the UN is preparing for possible nuclear weapon use in Iran.

This is a picture of Tehran. For you uneducated, untraveled, never-served, warhawks licking your chops at the thought of bombing it. It's not some low population desert. There are families, children, family pets. Regular working class people with dreams. You're sick to want war.

Tehran is a city of nearly 10,000,000 people. Imagine nuking Washington, Berlin, Paris, London, or beyond, bombed with nuclear weapons.

Allah knows I gave every effort and all my strength to be a support and a voice for my people, ever since I opened my eyes to life in the alleys and streets of the Jabalia refugee camp. My hope was that Allah would extend my life so I could return with my family and loved ones to our original town of occupied Asqalan (Al-Majdal). But Allah’s will came first, and His decree is final. I have lived through pain in all its details, tasted suffering and loss many times, yet I never once hesitated to convey the truth as it is, without distortion or falsification—so that Allah may bear witness against those who stayed silent, those who accepted our killing, those who choked our breath, and whose hearts were unmoved by the scattered remains of our children and women, doing nothing to stop the massacre that our people have faced for more than a year and a half.

I entrust you with Palestine—the jewel in the crown of the Muslim world, the heartbeat of every free person in this world. I entrust you with its people, with its wronged and innocent children who never had the time to dream or live in safety and peace. Their pure bodies were crushed under thousands of tons of Israeli bombs and missiles, torn apart and scattered across the walls.

O Allah, accept me among the martyrs, forgive my past and future sins, and make my blood a light that illuminates the path of freedom for my people and my family. Forgive me if I have fallen short, and pray for me with mercy, for I kept my promise and never changed or betrayed it.

Do not forget Gaza… And do not forget me in your sincere prayers for forgiveness and acceptance.

Abedini trattato come una bestia.
A coloro che dicono che l’Italia è moralmente e giuridicamente superiore all’Iran ricordo che, dopo tre settimane, Abedini si trova in carcere senza accuse. Gli Stati Uniti non hanno ancora inviato ai magistrati italiani la documentazione con le prove a carico di Abedini. I giornalisti che mi attaccano dicendo che le prove contro Abedini sono “precise e circostanziate” affermano il falso. Aggiungo che, quando Abedini è stato arrestato, il governo Meloni ha trattato Abedini come un animale, sbattuto senza accuse nel carcere peggiore di tutti per lui, il carcere di Rossano Calabro, pieno di terroristi sunniti nemici di Abedini, che, invece, è sciita. Ad Abedini sono stati negati tutti i diritti fondamentali. Non ha potuto parlare con il console, con gli avvocati e con i familiari. La situazione di Abedini è migliorata soltanto quando il governo Meloni ha saputo che l’Iran aveva iniziato a trattare una nostra connazionale con gli stessi metodi con cui l’Italia stava trattando Abedini. È falso che, quando Abedini è stato arrestato, abbia avuto la possibilità di parlare con il console e con gli avvocati. Ha potuto parlare con loro soltanto quando l’Iran ha arrestato la giornalista italiana. Siccome l’Italia trattava Abedini come una bestia, l’Iran ha detto al governo Meloni: “O rispettate i diritti umani di Abedini oppure si mette male”. Quasi tutto quello che i media italiani vi stanno dicendo sull’Iran, su ciò che l’Iran sta dicendo, facendo e chiedendo, è falso. Il sistema dell’informazione in Italia sulla politica internazionale è completamente corrotto e funziona esattamente come nelle dittature. La sua funzione, in queste ore, è di demonizzare l'Iran per coprire gli abusi del governo Meloni e della Casa Bianca. Se l’Iran non avesse contrattaccato, Abedini sarebbe ancora trattato in Italia come un terrorista-animale-bestia dimenticato da tutti in un carcere orrendo. Nella società libera, il dovere etico-professionale dei giornalisti è di essere fedeli alla verità sostanziale dei fatti.
