The country had just returned to democracy three years earlier, and hosting the Miss World pageant in Abuja was a chance to show the world a modern, confident nation. High-profile guests, international models, and global media crews filled the capital.

But beneath the glamour lay a very delicate political reality. Nigeria was deeply fractured along religious and regional lines.

This post is misplaced. Judges rule on evidence, not emotions. If the prosecution fails to prove its case, the judge can’t invent guilt.

On a visit to the village, when my brother and I were 4 or 5 yrs old, we wandered into the bush and stumbled upon a shrine. Laid out before the idols, were offerings of food. Innocently, or foolishly, we helped ourselves and then wandered back home as if nothing had happened.

@eldivine @clintonnzedimma @Mrpossidez In the beginning, Adam and Eve had no free will, or at least, no knowledge of good and evil, until they ate from the tree. If we go by this understanding, they had no true agency in their actions, yet God still loved them.
So, the idea that God's love necessitates free will,
