Another tip for the gents, no matter how much luggage you travel with, don’t buy a wheeled suitcase, get a duffel bag and a back pack, if there’s more luggage get two duffel bags.

Carry your luggage instead of pushing it, stand in that long queue at the airport with all bags on you, this is great for your full body strength. Always maximise on getting stronger, ALWAYS!!!
