@TheSavBananas I got an email asking to send a text verifying, but I googled the number to make sure it’s legit, and it comes up as a scam number. 858-463-5818. Is this legit??

@Orbitz DM says refund has been processed but will take up to 12 weeks? I was told it was processed back in February. Why so long @Orbitz?

[Lurlene @lur228]

@Orbitz @flyfrenchbee please respond to @Orbitz regarding this situation. Per European legislation, it is illegal for you not to be giving reimbursement for a flight you canceled. @Orbitz is telling me they continue to reach out to you with no response. Please remedy this situation. Thx

European legislation states: "in case of cancellations, the transport provider must reimburse or re-route the passengers." @flyfrenchbee @Orbitz
