Instead of a pallet with almost £2000 worth of goods we got a wall flush plate and no indication of when the actual bathroom was being delivered. It has been over 3 weeks since order. Absolutely disgusting and wouldn't recommend

#Fortnums customer service. Been trying to get in touch since delivery wasn't made on Sunday as booked and paid extra for. 3 days of trying to get through via chat, WhatsApp & phone; no one replies or picks up the phone. Appalling. Should have used a competitor
