@FabianC19070468 I agree with your statements. Torture could be used to retrieve information for the benefits of many others. However, it is also an act of cruelty that tarnishes the reputation of our country and isn't the most relaible. It would have to depend on the severity of their crime(s).

@BrisaGalvan334 I concur with your statements. Torturing causes psychological trauma to both the torturer and the victim and like you said, degrades human dignity. Moreover, the information obtained from torturing isn't exactly reliable, so it is not the most efficient method.

In my opinion, the ban on torture should be upheld. Using torture as a means of interrigation is inhuman and cruel. Torture can cause psychological trauma and may not be an effective interrogation tool because people undergoing torture may supply false information. #OCHOA5

@lanilei2 I learned that attention spans are worse as students submerged themselves into technology. It's difficult for them to stay focus when technology is all around them, causing them to get distracted by every notification. The brain needs downtime to process information.
